I can't get Tango to completely work on my TAB 2

My wife has an iPhone 4 and I have a Moto Droid X2 and my Tab 2. With my X2 I was able to use Tango to do a video call with her over wifi in the house. No front facing camera, so I used the mirror just to see if it would work.

I tried to do this with my Tab. I used my Google Voice number and a different email to set up Tango on my Tab. I can call her, but her phone never rings. Then I eventually get the option to leave a video message. Which I did and she got it. But it won't call her.

I tried TANGO support, but their responses seem automated depending on key words in my email. Has anyone gotten Tango to work? If not, is there another free video call app that can go between Android and iPhone?

I talked to my dad (he has an iphone 4s) and it worked fine.

Here is proof. I called my laptop using tango. front facing camera, audio, and camera switching are all working fine.

I got it working. For some reason, I needed to enable the PUSH notifications on her phone. But didn't have to when I used the X2. But it worked the other day.
