I Can't make any In-App-Purchases after Device reset?

[Android Central Question]

I have a "Unrooted" Lenovo Tab 10, i had to reset it a while ago because of an Virus.
But now the Games are Just saying No In-App-Purchases "allowed" or "activated".
Is anyone having the Same Problems out there?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the same Google account? Check your Google Play Store settings -- are Parental Controls on, or is there authentication required for purchases?
