after finish installing updated version and my phone restarted only the starting logo appears on my tab and unable to fully restart. i already tried restarting it all over and still the same, unable to open..please help.. what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official over-the-air update, or did you manually install it? Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16226
