I can't open my Screen Lock

please could any one tell me how can i open my screen lock on my Galaxy S3 because i set a PIN Password and when i try to remove it i find it "" disabled by administrator , encryption policy or credential storage . ""

I try to clear certificates ( Not work )
I try to clear all admin accounts ( Not work )
I try open and restart phone ( Not work )
Note : my phone not encrypted

please Help thanks

i solve the problem today

so i you have any admin account including Gmail delete it it will fix the problem
