I cant pair my Bluetooth Headset with my S9 ?

Can't pair my plantronics 500 series bluetooth with my s9 . Can anyone help please!

Can you pair another Bluetooth headset to your s9? Also can you pair the Plantronics to another device?

Yes I had it paired with a s6 .Don't have another bluetooth. I had no problem pairing it with my stereo in my truck . T- mobile couldn't do it either.

I would try another Bluetooth headset. If that doesn't work then I would contact tmobile or Samsung for further troubleshooting or perhaps a warranty replacement.

I had this issue with my Blue Patriot headset. I have to reset my headset on the PC then it paired like normal.
