I can't remove the orange bar on my status bar. Please help!

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with my problem. I am currently using an Oppo F7 running on Oreo and whenever I enable Developer Options, any Accesibility and Device Administrator applications, it displays an orange bar notification that specifies the "App" is turned on. Please help me!

That might be an Oppo customisation as I've never seen that on Oreo before, the only time I've seen an orange bar is for battery saver.
