I can't seem to make a call.

Hi,
I'm using Samsung galaxy Note 2 and had accidentally did some changes in the settings and been having trouble making calls. Now all i get is a white screen appears n closes. My signal strength is strong and sending msgs not a problem. Please help.Any suggestions.

Hi...I have got the same problem. I called Sumsung help centre and he guided me to go to Settings - Apps manager - all - Phone apps and clear cache and datas, do the same with viber.
but it did not work at all.
Have you fixed it? please help.

Try going to phone app, tap the menu icon and go to call settings. Have a look around in here to see if something is wrong.

i have same problem. i uninstalled viber and it worked fine afterwards.

Go settings, call, then additional settings, then caller ID, then press network default or show number.
