i cant seem to open any apps for 3 days now

[Android Central Question]

so first, instagram shut down and i was weirded out but its okay at first, then ALL/most apps did the same thing
insta, wattpad, chrome, google, line, twitter
and it has been like this for 3 days im in desperate need to contact somebody but i cant seem to open the apps:<)
i scanned my phone but the app said that there were no threats despite those random crashes. Any advice on what i should do?

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you've already tried rebooting. Does this also happen in Safe Mode?
