I can't swipe away the Battery Saver notification

I just got 5.0 lollipop but can't get rid of the Battery Saver notification. At first I could swipe it away but now I can't. What's wrong?

That probably means your battery saver is ON. Open your battery, click the menu dots in the upper right and turn off battery saver. You probably want to set it to turn on only when the battery gets down to 15%.

I turned it on myself. I didn't know the message would always be there.
