I cant transfer media from computer.....

Every time I try to transfer media the prime it says "device disconnected" and stops the transfer right away. I downloaded and installed the software and drivers from ASUS and that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Not much help here with the USB method. I'm using a 32gb micro SD card for my media. I take it out and load it up on my laptop/PC and then put it back in my Prime.

May I ask what types of media you are transferring?

I've found that when I'm trying to transfer a file-type the Prime doesn't natively support (like WMV) - I get the same error. But I'm able to transfer plenty of other files without issue.

I never even installed any drivers - just plugged in the Prime and Windows 7 picked it up right away.

I had to do a reset from in the settings that wiped all my data. It works fine now but it wasn't working with any file I tried, it just said the device was either disconnected or unresponsive when you would drag and drop.
