Forgot my password to access phone after it turned off. I eventually did a factory restore and that is supposed to wip it however when I've turned it back on and it prompts me for my google account and guess what? My password. Argh! What can I do to get my phone back? Help!

Welcome to Android Central! The password it's asking for is your Google password, not the phone's password. If you forgot your Google password (and if you do anything at all with Google, you really have to remember it), then try this: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/
