I can't turn on mobile hotspot on my Samsung s4 16Gb at&t.

Even when my mobile data is on and I try turning on the mobile hotspot it it keeps showing "mobile data is not Available or invalid sim"

I understand that my phone is an at&t carrier but it is unlocked so does that have any effect pls help me! ASAP

It was blocked on AT&T devices although it is possible to use this feature if you root your phone http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...bile-hotspot-does-not-work-unlocked-t-s4.html
