I can't update my samsung tab e

I have tried many time but when I go to setting-About Device-Software ubdate it says The Latest updates is already installed but my version is the lowest version 4.4.4.So Plz help anyone plz.Tell me why can't I update my Android tab e

Which model number do you have? It's in Settings > System > About or something like that. It's possible you have the most recent version released by Samsung for your device.
