I can't update my tablet...

So I have my ME173X since 2014.. But I never updated it's OS before..

Yes this is the first time I try to update it.
It has 4.2.2

I wanted to install an app that needs 4.4 or later to work so I made a small research and found out that I can actually update my tablet..

so I went to system update, clicked "Check Update" but it gives me an error saying "Internet connection error or the server is busy. Please wait a moment and try again."

I googled it right away and tried clearing cache/data of CMclient and DMclient and force stopping them and then restarting.
It didn't work... I keep trying "Check Update" but it just keeps on giving me the same error.

Is there an actual way to fix that?
Please help! :c

I just checked again today and it looks like the servers were just busy yesterday lol.
Checked again and it looks like it doesn't have an available update.

If anyone knows of a way to actually install the 4.4 update in another way I would appreciate it!
