I can't use my camera it says its being disabled or used by other apps. How do I recover it?

I cant use my camera it says its being disabled or used by other apps. Hoe do i reciver it?

I can't use it because it's being used by other apps

Before using it try opening the list of Recent apps and pushing "Clear All" and then try to use your camera again and let me know how that works
