I can't use my new Novo tablet, can I please get some help?

I purchased a novo7 and its all in chinese and i can not read chinese,and i do not know what to touch on the screen to change the chinese writing to English can you please help me

I recently purchased an novo7 Tablet and the instruction manual and the Tablet are printed in chinese and as i do not read or understand chinese i can not use it,can you tell me what writing do i press to change it too english please.thanking you.
