I changed the main Android app to a system app and now phone will not fully boot?

[AC Question]

i chaned the main android app to a system app and now phone will not fully boot help?? samsung gs3

phone charges and starts up until it gets to the att sign then it frezzes. i tried safe mode still forze tried factory reste mode it reset fine but still froze when i attepted to restart it
