I could scroll down in any menu

Dear all i am using micromaxx A 111 Doodle by mistake today morning i activated talk back, After activating i could not scroll and change the setting and the system speaks all ways.

now i could not access my phone in any menu scroll is disabled .please can any one help to bring my mobile work normal.i could not reset to factory setting also.
