i couldn't remove my sim card tray with anything even original pin

i have Samsung galaxy S7 edge. since, i bought my phone i just removed that tray once during enter my sim. but i got network issue one and i decided to remove sim card , but its not coming out. i have tried original pin from Samsung to remove sim card,but not working. i tried any possible way to remove that tray but its just not coming out. what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! How hard are you pushing with the pin? You may have to push harder than you remember. If you still have problems, bring it to your local Best Buy (if you're in the US) and ask the Samsung rep if they can help.
