I desperately need help.

So today my droid's screen just stopped responding to touch. It also would start doing its own movements, the lock screen would draw its own random glitchy patterns for example. I've done multiple soft erases and a hard erase and reset and it doesn't matter if the sd card is in or out it is still doing the same kind of things. I was on 2.1 when this all started. Any suggestions would be great!

Only thing I could suggest is completely wiping the thing and reloading a ROM. Otherwise the good news is it's been out less than a year so hopefully its' warranty covered.

i seen this happen to some kid when i was at the verizon store. he just brought it to them and they gave him another one for free.

This happened to my droid. It deleted half of my emails on its own, would dial phone numbers in my recently called file. brought it to a verizon store and they hard reset the phone twice and ended up overnighting me one through warranty. Had to redownload like 50 apps. New phone works great tho
