I did an update on my Samsung S6 since the update I can't receive phonecalls

I did an update Wednesday on my S6 since the update I am unable to receive phone calls it just goes to voicemail. I do olnot receive messages regarding missed calls or voicemail messages. I am receiv8ng text messages.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier do you have? Have you contacted them about this?

Does this persist after a reboot? How about a cache partition wipe? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
