I disabled/force stopped "Galaxy Apps" - how can I get them back?

So last night I downloaded "good lock" from the Galaxy App store. I hated it and ended up uninstalling it but in doing so I also seem to have disabled /uninstalled the Galaxy Apps app. I can no longer find it in the app drawer or in the Application Manager.
Any ideas on how to restore this to my phone? Where did it go?

Settings - Applications - Application Manager - on the upper left click all apps and choose Disabled. Then click the disabled app and enable it.

Thanks, but I tried that. "Gallaxy Apps" (previously in my app drawer) doesn't appear there under 'disabled apps.' Any other ideas?

Impossible. This is system. Screenshot please?
Try a restart also.

Do you have Package Disabler installed? If you disable anything in that app, it no longer shows up in your app drawer or application manager.
You'll have to go back and re-enable it in Package Disabler.

I did this, too. Galaxy Apps is not a system app, and I uninstalled it. Had to download it again via Samsung's website as it's NOT on the Google Play Store.
