I don't always have phone and txting, but still have internet. What am I programming incorrectly?

When I am at work, I cannot receive or make phone calls or get/ send text msgs, but I still have full internet access. What do I need to change?

Can we assume you don't have these phone or text problems anywhere else? Nothing should be causing this except low cell signal. Are you in a poor signal area where you work? How many bars show on your phone while at work?
