I was running and it was in my back pocket. Not jogging, but just playing around with a friend and it flew out of my back pocket and slammed onto the concrete driveway. I didn't even know it fell out. Anyway, I didn't even worry, and as I was handed my phone, I saw that the screen wasn't damaged and there is no visible damage. I just pulled off my Spigen Thin Fit case and it's totally fine on the back. I just noticed there is damage to the case on all four corners though. lol

It's the worst feeling leaning down to pick it up not knowing what kind of damage could have happened. Glad yours survived!

I was afraid to open this thread and see the outcome ......... but I'm very happy to hear that all is good !!!!

Whheeeeeeew

Haha, I felt the same way, as I clicked I said "Oooohhhhh nooooo Jeremiah" . . very happy to hear its all good as well . . I heard the jerryrig testing guy said this phone is a tank ;-)

Every time I take mine out it's Spigen Rugged Armor case I think "wow what a great looking/feeling phone when it's naked" and I consider leaving the case off to enjoy it. But what happened to you would definitely happen to me and no doubt your phone would have suffered damage had it not been in its case so I just need to stay sensible lol

This. My routine now is to keep it in the case all day, then take it out for about 15-20 minutes to enjoy the phone naked while playing games or checking facebook/instagram/twitter before I go to sleep.

At first I was going to say you could replace the top and bottom plastic pieces but I forgot that you don't have the V20. That sucks.... I'm surprised the case didn't protect it.

Yeah, but there's no damage to the phone.. Only scratches on the case.

Glad it's ok. Dropping a new phone is something I'm too familiar with. This is why im a 100% case guy.

I have to say I have been contemplating this case for quite awhile mainly based on your praise for it and was unable to pull the trigger out of concern that it provided enough coverage. Well it will be delivered this week and I'm stoked.

I'm glad it didn't drop face first. I don't normally drop my devices haha
