I emptied my recycle bin - can I get the files back?

Hello,

I wonder if somebody could help me.

I accidentally emptied my recycle bin the Gallery on my Samsung S8, is there a way to recover the data? I don't have google drive nor Samsung sync. All i have is Onedrive and these specific files didn't get backed up.
I've tried multiple apps but they've not worked. Can you please advise what can be done to recover the files?

Once you delete the recycling bin it's gone , that's why you need sync with Samsung account and Google photos.
