i factory reset my samsung s6 and its asking for a samsung account an i dont know it

i bought a s6 form someone and it was fined until it was lagging and i did a factory reset now its asking for a samsung account that have no information to, is their any way to bypass this or do i have to take it to a store to fix it. i have watched some videos but no luck. pls help

contact the person you bought the phone from and tell him to login on the samsungs website on his computer and remove the phone from his account
