I forgot my locked screen security pattern, how can I do a hard reset?

Locked screen security pattern.

Fogotten security pattern Philips W337 Android phone. Need to do a hard
reset. Any suggestions?

In the future, if you're prone to forgetting your screen unlock pattern or password, consider writing it down and keeping it somewhere safe at home.

This is not work for me. Touch screen also not working smoothly.
What is the hard reset method?

Some phones may not have a reset method that doesn't involve touching the screen. I would also suggest to take it to your carrier.
