hey, forgot password that locks the screen, & google login not showing

Hey, Ive forgot the password that locks the screen, but I do remember the google login, however when I enter the password 5 times wrong, it just gives me 30seconds timeout, then to try again, and it keeps going everytime I do 5 attempts wrong, it never brings up the google login as some sites indicates, whats wrong with my phone?

Oh my phone is samsung galaxy s4
