I forgot to flash the gapps

Hi guys,

I am doomed. I flashed the CM10.1, but I forgot to flash the gapps. How do I fix it now?

Download the gapps and put them on your sd cars from the computer. Easy fix.

You can also just download the gapps directly on your phone. It should then be located under /sdcard/Download.

not sure, how do i find that out? on setting i changed it to usb debugging. the computer doesn't dected the phone being plugged in tho.

Didnt you do a nandroid backup before flashing roms?

After you are done go into recovery and make a nandroid backup. .. Then load up the gapps you need and try again

the issue is that the computer doesn't connect with my gsn2. I have the latest driver installed.

Did try rebooting your computer and using s different usb port and are you in download mode when you try to connect to Odin

I did try rebooting my pc for 5 times now. using 2 different oem samsung cable. I was in USB debugging, downloading mode. But the odin3 v3.07 doesn't recognize my device. nothing shows up on ID: com


I also tried using casual R401B to flash new custom rom, but it won't detect the phone connection neither.

What is debugging download mode?
You should be doing this With your Device off simultaneously press and hold Volume Down/Home then the power button until you see it say "Warning!!" at the top and a tiny yellow triangle at the bottom. At this time press the Volume up button to continue. This will take you to Downloading mode and you will see a green Android.
