I found an app on my LG K31 simply called, root. I need some help here, please.

While tediously trying to find out who is behind the 2 years of cyber stalking, Im using NetGuard Firewall app, and the first app that shows up is called "root". I can do nothing with it, so I just block its access and move on. I changed my DNS setting to automatic, and wham! The "root" app is trying to access the internet using
T4>Familyshield.Opendns.com/853
What does that mean?
I have a screenshot, but can't seem to include it here.
