I found big bug on LOS 15.1

I just installed android oreo on my MI5 and i spotted this problem when i used root app without rooting my device .. and after that i downloaded root checker app and it told me , your phone was rooted but i didnot rooted it and i didn't Grant access to root on this rootchecker app , i think this OS giving accsses on root any app without knowing you , and i think this is big problem , i will try to test it more deeply and try to fix .. thank you for reading this ..

Isn't Lineage (I'm assuming Lineage based on "LOS 15.1) rooted by nature? I suggest reporting it to the developer directly, reporting it here may not get their attention.
