I get the following error when I try to update the Samsung Contacts. 2290:4002:24cd67526019 Help!

Samsung Contacts indicates that there is an update when I try I get the above error.
When I search in Galaxy Apps (app) and search for Samsung Contacts it says there is no search results. My friend was able to upgrade and find it on Galaxy Apps.

First question would be are you signed into your Samsung account? Secondly, are you able to access My Apps in the Galaxy store, and if so, does it show Contacts as being owned? Knowing which phone and OS version you have would be helpful.
