I give up on Nexus 4 and tmobile

I think I will never be able to determine if my lack of cell signal is due to settings on the Nexus 4 or my T-Mobile carrier.

After years of this I will cancel Tmo even though the price can't be beat due to my length of time with the service.

I love the Nexus though so I will just use it as an internet/music device without the sim.

Just posting to vent. Thanks for reading.
