I got a new LG G3 bout 3 weeks ago and now I've lost my network data, how can I get it back?

i got a new lg g3 bout 3 weeks ago and now ive lost my network data

just internet and pic mess is down says network error ,network not connected or unavaible only works with wi-fi tried to factory reset and checked all the settings dont know what else to do

Welcome.

Assuming there are no temporary signal problems in your area:
First, try a Power Off and Restart.
If no go, try reseating the SIM.
If no go, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off, and Data off and on.
If still no go, consult your carrier or network provider....you may need a new SIM.
