Welcome to Android Central! Just install the Facebook app on the new phone (if it's not already on there) and log in with your account. It's possible to have multiple devices with the same Facebook account logged in to each, so there's no magic there.

What problem are you encountering? Is it not recognizing your password? Are you getting an error message?
