I got a replacement battery for my S3 mini but the phone won't charge up
My s3 mini's battery died a few months ago. I threw away the old swollen battery, and left the phone in my drawer and got anew phone. Yesterday i ordered a new battery so that my mum can use my old s3 mini. I put in the battery, let the phone on charge for half an hour and tried to power it up but nothing. Even the charging light isn't showing. The charger is working fine. Do new batteries have to be charged over night or somthing?
