After a long time I finally pulled the trigger and got a Note 4. So far (few hours) love it. takes a little bit to get used to, but the Samsung Tab 3 helped.

One question, I have both devices on the same account, I delete or uninstall the a app on my phone. Want it only on my Tab. But when I reboot my phone it downloads again. How do you fix that?

I think you are referring to your Google Play account automatically d/l the apps when it turns on. I found a few articles online How to disable auto-install of Google Play apps - AndroidPIT and basically you need to go into the Google Play app and disable auto-update, now this means your updates won't happen without your help but sometimes that's a good thing so you can make sure the update doesn't mess up your phone or the access requests haven't changed.

Oh BTW great choice on the Note 4, I had the Note 2 & 3 and I am considering the Note 4 but may go Nexus 6 for a change.
