I got my generic Defenders in today

So today for my flea market booth I got my shipments of some chargers and Defender cases from a wholesaler.

The Note 8 case isn't that bad for the cheap price I paid. The inner shell not quite as sturdy and the outer rubber a bit more flimsy but for the price they go far these are not bad cases. One of them the rubber was kinda deformed because they packed the box so tight. I had this problem with a Otterbox commuter I bought at Sams for the s6 a few years ago it was crushed and the rubber became deformed from it.

This one doesn't have the large cut out for the speaker and protects the spen area better than the Otterbox version. I think it muffles the sound a tad but not much.

I also ordered some iPhone 8 Plus, iphone X Defenders and I must say these generic Defenders for the iPhone I got are very good quality, a lot better than the Note 8, s8 I got. Nearly the same as an Otterbox and very protective.

If they sell well I will probably order more. There is another supplier that I might order some chargers from that has generic Note 8 Defender that is the exact design on the spen area like the Otterbox and quality looks a bit better. I might order one with the chargers and it comes with a holster too for only a couple bucks more than what I paid for these.

Overall, especially for the price I got these far I can make a nice profit if people buy them.

I'll probably order these again, especially for the iPhones.

The only question is whether these generic Otterbox-like clones are as shock-proof as the real thing. Saving $30 on a case (or however much less you sell them than you'd sell real Otterboxes), only to have to pay for a new $800 phone, is false economy.

Not sure. the S8 and Note 8 ones are ok. I won't use it for my phone personally, but they're okay. The iPhone cases though are pretty good quality, especially the iPhone X ones. The companies get the generic iphone otterbox cases pretty close from what I've seen. Then again it seems all the energy is put into iphones from the accessory makers.
