I got this app kicked me off as an administrator, what should I do?

I got this app kicked me off as an administrator

Don't know from where i got this app "speed video downloader" on my phone(android 4.4.2) and accidentally i gave it permissions , now i am unable to remove any active device administrator along with this.Please HELP i want to uninstall this but i can't

You could try booting your phone into safe mode and then disable that app from the device administrators list and uninstall.
