Am I the only one with grainy pics? Even when using snapchat or Instagram. But when I remove the latest camera app update. No more grainy. Brand new Pixel 3xl, I already went through google support but they just say to contact the store I received it from. This was a brand new factory sealed box I got from Asurion because they had ran out of Pixel 2XL phones. I wish I had my pixel 2xl back.

I should have played the lottery. My cameras went bad on two pixel 2xl's (camera app would shut down crash as soon as opening it, front worked fine) and my replacement factory sealed pixel 3xl won't work properly with the camera. Also Google chrome iwhich is a Google app os glitchy amd crashes. Both problems occurred even in safe mode. Google support witnessed this on screen share. I love these devices but have had nothing but bad luck, Except with my original Pixel that one I had no problems with.

I would say it's a defect also ,but you said you uninstall the camera update it was ok , possibly a bug in the update you got?

Wiped 3 times. I download the camera app from Google store so somethings up with this phone. The glitchy is annoying.

I contacted Asurion, I'll be on warranty replacement number 3. Gets here tomorrow. As long as it works, won't be a new one this time, but a refurbished one.

I did contact Google support. As stated before they told me to contact the store I received it from. But should be good. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ahhhhhhhhhh...... So this is what a good working Pixel 3XL feels like. I like it, I swore up and down that I'd never get another Pixel after my last bad device. But now that I got a proper working one, I'm back on team Pixle 100%. Thanks for your help peeps.
