I hard reset my phone, and google is still crashing, any advice?

Google play store is crashing every time i open it up, so i tried all the solutions to fixing it, such as clearing the cache, restarting the phone. After that, com.google.process.gapps started to appear. Thinking i had enough. I hard reset it from recovery mode. But now all i get is being spammed with "Google play services has stopped" and "com.google.process.gapps has stopped" before i can even select a language for my phone. I really do not know what happened and as i set before, i hard reset my phone and i still have the issue. My phone is Samsung galaxy a3. Does anybody have any advice?
