I have a BLU 2.0 phone. T-Mobile service. How can I fix it?

i have a BLU 2.0 phone. T-Moble service. first couple weeks, no problem.

I can't access my voice mail now. my call is dropped as soon as I call. also I can nolonger connect to intranet

Welcome to Android Central! Have you discussed this with T-Mobile? Make sure the APN settings are correct: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090
