I have a brand new Xperia Z5 and have a red exclamation mark by one of my contacts messages! What is it and how to I remove it?

I have a brand new Xperia Z5 and have a red exclamation mark !

It is showing against one of my contacts messages but not beside one particular message. Just on the first page by their name.

Does anyone know why this is or how to remove it/
