I have a cross above my signal bar why is that?

i have a cross above my signal bar why is that?

above my signal bar there is a cross, this is stopping peaple contacting me.... how do i get rid of the cross and put my phone back on?

I think that that means that you have no mobile data signal, which is something outside your control. Contact your carrier or network provider for advice. If you have had signal before this, it may be a temporary loss of service due to a fault, or for maintenance etc.

Its possible you're in an area with poor reception
