After I get done using my screen my phone my screen lock saver doesn't come on or screen lock whatever it's called why

Your phone lock screen doesn't lock ? Or a screen saver you use doesn't show up?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "Galaxy 8 20"? Is this an S8 or S20? What do you mean by "get done using my screen"? Are you saying that after you turn the screen off by pressing Power (or letting the screen time out on its own), and then turn the screen on again, the screen lock doesn't appear?
