I have a HTC One M7, how can I get my OS back?

Hi . My phone model is HTC one m7

I have wiping out everything during intalling custom rom. So that my phone doest have any OS now. I took an OS on SD card and try to install that from recovery. I am using Team Win recovery Project. But The problem is every time during wipping to install new custom rm it shows "Wiping failed" . and further back up failed or intalling zip(custom rom) failed. Plz help me out that how can I fix the wiping failied or installing failed

You may need to restore back to stock with the RUU for your device and try rooting again. I've not seen those issues before, so it leads me to believe that possibly a partition is missing or something else is causing the error.
