I have a Ivoler screen protector..what is faint stalling?

i have a ivoler screen protector...what is faint stalling

I put my screen protector on and it keeps detatching across the bottom .....will it adhere in a few hours or will i always have what appears as an air bubble permenantly?

You could try taking it down tightly for a few days but I doubt that would do it.
As for faint stalling, I've neither heard of it, nor can imagine what it might mean, unless referring to human behaviour.
