I had a Nexus 9 that crashed after a security update and would not do anything. I tried to flash the boot loader and manually install the OS but no luck the boot-loader would never unlock and the computer would not recognize the device. The device has never been unlocked or rooted. I called HTC and the replaced it now the new device has a speaker that pops and cracks when ever sound comes out of it. So I'm thinking of just trading in and buying a Pixel C. I'm not a fan of the keyboard (have a Chromebook for on the road typing) So it would just be the device alone. Just wondering if anyone upgraded from the 9 to the Pixel had some input on the matter. Thanks Community
