I have a problem using usb ethernet adapter with my LG G Pad lg-V410, how can I fix it?

I have a problem using usb ethernet adapter with my LG G Pad lg-V410

I already have a mirco-usb-OTG adapter and USB to ethernet adapter. I tried it with my huband's galaxy tab 4 and it works. I need some ideas.
