I have a problem with my meizu. If i turn on voice match the recorder won't record any voice.

Also, I can not record voice messages on social networks such as Telegram and Viber.

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that some app you installed is inappropriately keeping the Microphone occupied. Go to Settings>Apps>Permissions and look at all of the apps that have Microphone permission, and try uninstalling those apps one by one until the problem goes away.
